Product Name: Dry Strength Agent (CH-3000) – Korea Technology

CH-3000 is a kind of newly developed dry strength agent. It improves remarkably paper formation and makes the internal cohesive force of the fibre even and thus  improves paper physical property, increases fines and packing’s retention rate and improves the  wire drainage rate of the pulp.

lViscosity: 5,000~10,000CPS 

lSolubility: Soluble in water easily

3.Properties

lImprove paper formation, retention and drainage 

lReduce Whitewater COD and raw material costs

lEnhance the hydrogen bonding energy of the fibers under the acid and alkaline environment

lGreatly improve the dry strength of paper(ring crush compression resistance and bursting strength).

lMainly used for the production of ART paper, corrugated board, liner board ,white board paper.

4.Application

Dilution ratio: This product and water on 1:20-40, it may be added into the middle of stock proportioner and machine chest, it may also be continuously added with metering pump in the high level tank. Adding quantity is 1.5-4.0%

5.Packing & Storage

lPack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong acid.
